  Development Manager

  • Lead a team to implement the unified Hulu and Disney catalog platform for external consumers such as Amazon and AppleTV and internal clients. The new system is a single app designed for multi regions and markets, and handles 10 times of the existing data volume. It is built using Java, Python, and AWS service(s) such as EKS, Kinesis stream, Elastic Search, and EMR/Spark.
  • Develop a personalized content API, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and SLO specification for Disney’s external partners to consume disney+ catalog data in scale and speed.
